Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. For customers in Australia, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), including GST. Tax-free shopping for international customers is available in currencies for US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) and Japanese Yen (JPY).


Using Our Site

We reserve the right to amend our trading terms and conditions from time to time and request that before using our site, you carefully read all of our terms and conditions including disclaimers. If, after reading our terms and conditions, you do not fully understand or agree with our terms and conditions we would ask that you do not proceed any further to use our site's services or facilities. If you do proceed, it will be accepted that you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same.

Privacy

All information supplied to us by our customers for the purpose of dealing with Kwik Klamp will not be sold or given to a third party other than our bankers for the specific use of the credit card transactions

Payment Methods and Information

PayPal

We accept PayPal for payments in the above currencies. When using PayPal, your credit card details are not transmitted to us.

Credit Cards

We currently accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Diners and Amex cards. If you would like to purchase using your credit card, please contact us directly to finalise amounts and shipping however DO NOT e-mail us your credit card details. We can fax you an easy order form which you simply fill in your credit card details, sign the authorisation section, and then fax the completed order form back to us. All credit card payments will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). When using a credit card to purchase goods online, the payment for the goods ordered is normally debited to your card at the time of the order.

Direct Deposit, Cheques and Money Orders

We also accept other payment methods such as a direct deposits (AUD only), cheques (AUD only) or Australia Post money orders (AUD only). Unfortunately goods can not be dispatched until the cheque or money order has been cleared, please allow an additional seven (7) working days when paying by cheque or money order.

Delivery

We currently deliver to all parts of Australia usually within two (2) working days for Brisbane, Sydney Metro, ACT and Melbourne and depending on where you live in the rest of Australia three to seven (3-7) working days (some country areas in some states generally take the longest). Please note - to protect your order, goods will only be delivered to your home or business street address (not postal). Your goods will not be left unattended if no one is at the given delivery address to accept the delivery. Additional charges may apply if more than one delivery attempt has to be made.

Any trademarks or logos used on this site remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or copied without their legal owners or authorised representatives prior permission in writing.

Warranty

All products sold by Kwik Klamp come with a lifetime warranty. In the event that you require service on any product during the warranty period simply follow these few simple steps: Contact Kwik Klamp immediately by Phone, Fax or Email. Have your original invoice details handy if calling by phone or quote your original invoice number and description of problem with the product on the fax or email. We will give you instructions on the phone or contact you by Fax or Email to explain what would be the quickest and most convenient way to obtain warranty. If the product is faulty or damaged when first delivered, please contact Kwik Klamp within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
